For certain businesses, handling finances can feel overwhelming. To effectively monitor profits, expenses, cash flow, and other finances, we've designed a dashboard. This tool provides a summary of the business's current performance for the month. This way, the business will be able to know the precise amount on their finances without going through a backlog of paper work.
This is done by the accounts manager creating invoices and quotes directly inside the app. The information filled out in these documents are automatically generated into PDF format and sent to the inputted recipient(s) email.
Everything financial related to employees has been made easily accessible. Instead of plain text and long lists, we opted for a more visual approach using bar charts and pie charts. This would make understanding the information much faster and provide comparisons based on duration month or date.
All documents would be stored in the same section for consistency and relevance purposes. All of these documents would provide the business with history to keep track of everything that has happened finance wise.
Employees can access their payslips, pay details, rosters and timesheets. This information would display on the main business owners account.
